Embr has officially announced the release date for their new single, "Tensions," set to launch on October 15, 2024. The single was recorded at Ledbelly Sound in Dawsonville, GA, with producer Matt Washburn (known for his work with Mastodon, Artimus Pyledriver, and Royal Thunder). Fans can expect an atmospheric and powerful track featuring heavy riffs, compelling hooks, and infectious grooves.
Additionally, Embr has upcoming shows scheduled in Birmingham, Alabama, alongside Rickshaw Billie's Burger Patrol, at the Metal Devastation Fest in Jacksonville, Tennessee, and at Doom and Gloom Fest in Tampa, Florida. They will also perform at Blackstrap Rock Hall in Gainesville, GA. Check out the shows section for more details.

EMBR (pronounced “EMBER”) was formed in the Birmingham, Alabama area in 2015. Their mission is to strike a balance between contrasting sonic worlds: one foot in somber, dense territory and the other in serene, uplifting tranquility. Their sound combines simplicity with intensity, featuring grunge elements and occasional abrasiveness, all tempered with beauty and calm. With five EPs and two full-length albums to their name, EMBR is set to release a new single, Tensions, in October 2024.
